Full expression of it’s territory, the heart of Greco di tufo, with a specific attention to all the factors of maturation of it’s aromas. Taste: Dry, warm, soft, with good freshness and excellent persistence. Serving temperature: 12 – 14°C Pairings: Wine suitable for seafood dishes, excellent with raw shellfish and sautés, it also goes well with land dishes, pasta with mushrooms and truffles, and with blue cheeses.
